I wanted to again thank you for squeezing in my Grand Design into your busy pre-holiday schedule on July 3rd. You were really a lifesaver during our trip. I’m not sure what we would have done if you hadn’t made the time for us prior to your extended holiday time off. My wife and I arrived home in Idaho with no further brake issues on the travel trailer. Whatever your mechanic found and fixed, took care of the problem 4,000 miles ago. That’s a pretty good test of the repair! You have taken great care of the 3 travel trailers that we have owned over the years. My only disappointment is that we now live in Idaho and can’t rely on your great customer service anymore.
